摘　　要：为了解安徽省H9亚型禽流感的流行特点,对2016—2019年全省H9亚型禽流感病原学监测数据进行统计分析。结果显示:2016—2019年安徽省H9亚型禽流感群体阳性率分别为4.65%、0.71%、6.67%、4.88%,鸡场、鸭场、鹅场、家禽交易市场、散养村和野禽栖息地群体阳性率分别为1.31%、0.78%、0、11.18%、1.56%和1.37%;鸡场和家禽交易市场每年均检出阳性,散养村有3年检出阳性,鸭场和野禽栖息地仅2016年检出阳性,鹅场均未检出阳性。结果表明,4年间安徽省H9亚型禽流感总体防控效果较好,但不稳定,且家禽交易市场、鸡场和散养村疫情发生风险较高。建议高度重视养鸡场及散养村的H9亚型禽流感综合防控,进一步加强免疫、监测和生物安全控制,同时继续加强活禽交易市场监管,严格执行“一日一清洗,一周一消毒,一月一休市,过夜零存栏”的“1110”制度。In order to identify the prevalent characteristics of subtype H9 avian influenza(AI)in Anhui Province,the etiological surveillance data of H9 subtype AI from 2016 to 2019 were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the population positive rates in the consecutive four years were 4.65%,0.71%,6.67%and 4.88%,respectively,and the rates were 1.31%,0.78%,0,11.18%,1.56%and 1.37%in chicken farms,duck farms,goose farms,poultry markets,free-range villages and wild bird habitats,respectively;positive samples were detected out every year in chicken farms and poultry markets,in free-range villages for three years,and in duck farms and wild bird habitats only in 2016,but none was detected in goose farms.It was concluded that subtype H9 AI was better controlled in general in Anhui Province in the four years although the status was unstable with higher risk in poultry markets,chicken farms and free-range villages.Therefore,subtype H9 AI should be comprehensively controlled as a top priority in chicken farms and free-range villages,and vaccination,surveillance and bio-safety control should be further strengthened,accompanied by intensive supervision over poultry markets,and“1110”system of“cleaning once a day,disinfecting once a week,closing business once a month and zero storage overnight”should be strictly implemented.
