摘　　要：本文阐述了我国现阶段创建无疫小区的背景、优势和意义,结合10年来指导企业创建无疫小区的工作实践,指出基层兽医管理部门和企业在创建无疫小区过程中存在的主要问题,并针对性提出了9条措施,以期对今后无疫小区创建实践提供参考。In the paper,the background,advantages and significance to establish an animal disease free compartment in China at current stage were described,major problems faced by veterinary authorities at field level and enterprises during the process were pointed out in accordance with the practical efforts in guiding enterprises to establish a compartment,and nine measures were specifically proposed with a view to providing some references for future establishment of the compartment.
