摘 要:以端乙烯基硅油为基料,添加气相法白炭黑、白炭黑表面处理剂、表面处理助剂等制得液体硅橡胶(LSR)防污闪涂料,探讨了白炭黑表面处理剂种类和用量、表面处理助剂用量、气相法白炭黑、二甲基硅油用量对LSR防污闪涂料性能的影响。结果表明,制备LSR防污闪涂料的较佳条件为:比表面积为300 m~2/g的气相法白炭黑占端乙烯基硅油质量分数28%、白炭黑表面处理剂选择六甲基二硅氮烷且用量7份、表面处理助剂四甲基二乙烯基二硅氮烷用量1份、二甲基硅油用量20份;该条件下制得的LSR防污闪涂料的黏度为2 631 mPa·s、邵尔A硬度为33度、拉伸强度为3.7 MPa、拉断伸长率为331%、撕裂强度为12.3 kN/m、憎水迁移性能为HC2级,其浸涂的绝缘子均能够通过陡波试验,涂层厚度约0.4 mm,且涂料硫化过程中无小分子释放。The liquid silicone rubber(LSR)anti-pollution flashover coating has been prepared by using vinyl-terminated silicone oil as the base polymer,fumed silica,silica treatment agent,and surface treatment additives etc.The effects of the types and amount of fumed silica treatment agent,the amount of surface treatment additives,the types and amount of fumed silica,and the amount of dimethyl silicone oil on the performance of LSR anti-pollution flashover coatings have been discussed.The results show that the optimal conditions for preparing LSR anti-pollution flashover coatings are as follows:the mass fraction of fumed silica with a specific surface area of 300 m^2/g is 28%of the vinyl-terminated silicone oil,7 phr of hexamethyldisilazane,1 phr of 1,3-divinyltetramethyldisilazane,20 phr of dimethyl silicone oil.The prepared LSR anti-pollution flashover coating is with the viscosity of 2631 mPa·s,Shore A hardness of 33,the tensile strength of 3.7 MPa,the elongation at break of 331%,the tear strength of 12.3 kN/m,and the hydrophobic migration performance of HC2.The insulators with the thickness of 0.4 mm,can pass the impulse puncture experiment,and there is no release of low molecules during the curing process of the coating.
