新时代大学生人格优化培育研究--基于社会主义核心价值观视角

摘　　要：新时代大学生人格优化培育对大学生成长成才具有重要的现实作用。调查显示,大学生人格认知状态存在着人格内涵认知缺欠、自我意识认知薄弱;责任意识认知淡薄、人生态度认知匮乏;合作意识认知不高、共情意识认知低下;社会适应能力认知贫乏、情绪调控能力认知消极等问题。高校应以社会主义核心价值观教育为契机,完善思政课堂教学,夯实校园文化基础,加强社会实践活动和探索网络思想教育,加强大学生人格优化培育,以期为实现伟大中国梦提供思想保证和精神动力。Optimized cultivation of the personality of college students in the new era has an important practical effect on the growth of college students.The survey shows that the personality cognition of college students has the following problems:lack of cognition of personality connotation,weak self-awareness,weak cognition of responsibility,lack of cognition of life attitude,low cognition of cooperation awareness,low cognition of empathy awareness,poor cognition of social adaptability,negative cognition of emotion regulation ability,etc.Colleges and universities should take socialist core values education as the starting point to improve ideological and political classroom teaching,consolidate the foundation of campus culture,strengthen social practice activities and explore network ideological education,strengthen the personality optimization of college students,so as to provide ideological guarantee and spiritual motivation for realizing the great Chinese Dream.
