腹腔镜下小切口手术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜下小切口手术与开腹手术对胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者的临床效果。方法65例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者,根据手术方法不同分为对照组(32例)和观察组(33例)。对照组采用传统开腹手术进行治疗;观察组采用腹腔镜下小切口手术进行治疗。对比两组患者手术时间、术后平均住院时间、术后镇痛时间及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间(80.34±13.56)min、术后平均住院时间(8.25±1.35)d、术后镇痛时间(1.48±1.16)d均短于对照组的(100.87±16.86)min、(13.77±1.83)d、(2.99±1.48)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为9.09%,低于对照组的28.13%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜下小切口手术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者,并发症发生率更低,手术效果更好,值得临床借鉴和参考。Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic small incision surgery in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation.Methods A total of 65 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation were divided into control group(32 case)and observation group(33 cases)according to different surgical methods.The control group was treated by traditional open surgery,and the observation group was treated by laparoscopic small incision surgery.The operation time,hospitalization time,postoperative analgesia time and occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(80.34±13.56)min,hospitalization time(8.25±1.35)d and postoperative analgesia time(1.48±1.16)d of the observation group were shorter than(100.87±16.86)min,(13.77±1.83)d and(2.99±1.48)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was 9.09%,which was lower than 28.13%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic small incision surgery has lower incidence of complications and better surgical effect on patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation,which is worthy of clinical reference.
