厄贝沙坦片联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心衰的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨厄贝沙坦片联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(心衰)的效果。方法80例慢性充血性心衰患者,根据用药方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组口服美托洛尔,观察组在对照组基础上给予厄贝沙坦片。比较两组疗效、治疗前后心功能、心率、血压、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的左心室收缩末期内径(46.6±2.5)mm、左心室舒张末期内径(50.4±4.2)mm,均小于对照组的(54.6±3.2)、(58.5±6.3)mm,左室射血分数(52.6±4.3)%高于对照组的(46.2±5.1)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组心率、收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前下降,且观察组下降幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦片联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心衰,能明显改善患者心功能,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the effect of irbesartan tablets combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were divided into control group and observation group according to different medication methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with irbesartan tablets based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function and heart rate before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compare between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%,which was higher than 75.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end systolic diameter(46.6±2.5)mm and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(50.4±4.2)mm of the observation group were less than(54.6±3.2)and(58.5±6.3)mm of the control group,and left ventricular ejection fraction(52.6±4.3)%was higher than(46.2±5.1)%of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart failure,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group declined more than the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of irbesartan tablets and metoprolol can obviously improve the cardiac function of patietns with chronic congestive heart failure and improve the clinical efficacy,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
