慢性心力衰竭采用他汀类药物治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察他汀类药物治疗慢性心力衰竭的价值。方法77例慢性心力衰竭患者,根据治疗药物不同分为对照组(40例)及观察组(37例)。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合他汀类药物治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后心功能[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)]、血管内皮功能[血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、内皮素(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)]改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.0%高于对照组的78.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者LVESD(36.42±2.38)mm、LVEDD(52.22±2.14)mm均短于对照组的(42.41±3.74)、(59.38±2.27)mm,LVEF(45.33±4.45)%高于对照组的(40.36±3.41)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者VEGF、CGRP、NO均高于对照组,ET-1低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性心力衰竭患者实施药物治疗,建议以常规治疗为基准,并联合他汀类药物开展治疗,可有效提升临床疗效,改善心功能的同时改善血管内皮功能。Objective To observe the value of statins in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 77 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(37 cases)according to different medications.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with statins based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)]and vascular endothelial function[vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.0%of the observation group was higher than 78.4%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVESD(36.42±2.38)mm and LVEDD(52.22±2.14)mm of the observation group were shorter than(42.41±3.74)and(59.38±2.27)mm of the control group,and LVEF(45.33±4.45)%was higher than(40.36±3.41)%of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VEGF,CGRP,NO of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and ET-1 was lower than that of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Statins based on conventional therapy can improve the clinical efficacy on patients with chronic heart failure,which can improve their heart function and vascular endothelial function.
