缩宫素与卡孕栓治疗产后出血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨产后出血患者采用缩宫素联合卡孕栓治疗的效果。方法41例产后出血患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(20例)与观察组(21例)。对照组采用缩宫素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用卡孕栓治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗后出血量、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率100.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗2 h出血量(31.42±5.62)ml,治疗24 h出血量(45.73±6.15)ml;对照组治疗2 h出血量(45.76±6.34)ml,治疗24 h出血量(72.48±8.31)ml。观察组治疗2、24 h后阴道出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率14.28%,与对照组的25.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论产后出血产妇采用缩宫素联合卡孕栓治疗,治疗效果明显优于单一缩宫素治疗,且治疗安全性高,值得临床推广应用。若患者治疗效果不显著,需及时给予手术治疗,避免产妇出现失血过多情况。Objective To discuss the effect of oxytocin and carboprost suppository in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 41 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were divided into control group(20 cases)and observation group(21 cases)according to random numerical table.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with carboprost suppository based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,blood loss after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 100.00%of the observation group was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood loss of the observation group was(31.42±5.62)ml after 2 h of treatment,and(45.73±6.15)ml after 24 h of treatment;the blood loss of the control group was(45.76±6.34)ml after 2 h of treatment,and(72.48±8.31)ml after 24 h of treatment.The vaginal blood loss after 2 and 24 h of treatment of the observation group was lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 14.28%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with 25.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of oxytocin and carboprost suppository shows obviously better therapeutic effect than oxytocin alone in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,and the treatment safety is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.If the effect of treatment is not significant,timely surgical treatment should be given in time to avoid excessive blood loss in the parturient.
