卤米松与他克莫司联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗稳定期寻常型局限性白癜风的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究卤米松与他克莫司联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗稳定期寻常型局限性白癜风的临床效果。方法60例稳定期寻常型局限性白癜风患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组采用卤米松乳膏联合NB-UVB治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用他克莫司软膏治疗。比较两组皮损区域恢复效果、治疗前后皮损区域具体面积变化、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组皮损区域恢复总显效率86.67%高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组皮损区域具体面积均明显缩小,且观察组(4.97±1.26)cm2小于对照组的(5.89±1.27)cm2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率3.33%低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卤米松与他克莫司联合NB-UVB的治疗方案可有效提高稳定期寻常型局限性白癜风患者皮损区域临床恢复效率,减少皮损面积,且安全性更高。Objective To study the clinical effect of hamometasone and tacrolimus combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)in the treatment of stable localized vitiligo vulgaris.Methods A total of 60 patients with stable localized vitiligo vulgaris were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with halometasone cream and NB-UVB,and the observation group was treated with tacrolimus cream based on the control group.The skin lesion area recovery effect,changes of lesion area before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of lesion area recovery 86.67%of the observation group was higher than 60.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the lesion area of the two groups was obviously reduced,and the observation group(4.97±1.26)cm2 was smaller than(5.89±1.27)cm2 of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 3.33%of the observation group was lower than 20.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Halometasone and tacrolimus combined with NB-UVB can effectively improve the clinical recovery efficiency of lesion area in patients with stable localized vitiligo vulgaris,reduce the lesion area,and has higher safety.
