窄谱中波紫外线联合0.1%他克莫司软膏在白癜风治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究分析白癜风患者采用0.1%他克莫司软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗的效果。方法62例白癜风患者,以治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,各31例。观察组采用0.1%他克莫司软膏窄联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗,对照组单独应用0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.8%,高于对照组的77.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为9.7%,低于对照组的32.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白癜风患者接受0.1%他克莫司软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线综合治疗,能够促进患者治疗有效率的提升,也可以减少患者不良反应发生率,整体治疗效果更好,具有临床推广使用价值。Objective To study the effect of narrow-band ultraviolet B combined with 0.1%tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods A total of 62 patients with vitiligo were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 31 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with 0.1%tacrolimus ointment and narrow-band ultraviolet B,and the control group was treated with 0.1%tacrolimus ointment.The total effective rate and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.8%,which was higher than 77.4%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 9.7%,which was lower than 32.3%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of 0.1%tacrolimus ointment and narrow-band ultraviolet B shows good overall effect in patients with vitiligo,which can promote the treatment efficiency and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It has the value of clinical popularization and application.
