加强康复训练对脑外伤患者康复效果的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨加强康复训练对脑外伤患者康复效果的临床价值。方法80例脑外伤患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。两组患者均接受常规康复训练及护理干预,研究组患者在此基础上采用加强康复训练干预。比较两组患者干预前后Barthel指数、肢体运动功能Fugel-Meyer(FMA)评分、并发症发生情况以及满意度。结果干预后,研究组患者FMA评分、Barthel指数分别为(76.43±8.21)、(65.42±7.14)分,高于对照组的(69.35±7.92)、(58.27±8.16)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为2.5%,低于对照组的15.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者总满意度为97.5%,高于对照组的82.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑外伤患者中运用加强康复训练干预,不仅有利于患者运动功能的恢复,还可以减少并发症的发生,提高护理满意度,建议临床推广。Objective To discuss the clinical value of strengthening rehabilitation training on rehabilitation of patients with brain trauma.Methods A total of 80 patients with brain trauma were divided into control group and research group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional rehabilitation training and nursing intervention,and the research group also received strengthening rehabilitation training.The Barthel index,Fugel-Meyer assessment(FMA)score,occurrence of complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the FMA score and Barthel index of the research group were(76.43±8.21)and(65.42±7.14)points,which were higher than(69.35±7.92)and(58.27±8.16)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the research group was 2.5%,which was lower than 15.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the research group was 97.5%,which was higher than 82.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening rehabilitation training in patients with brain trauma can not only help the recovery of motor function,but also reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction.It suggested to be promoted clinically.
