摘　　要：目的探究慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施家庭医生签约社区干预模式的临床价值。方法234例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,均实施家庭医生签约社区干预模式。对比患者干预前后的肺功能相关指标、生活质量,分析患者满意度。结果干预后,患者的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)为(2.60±0.57)L、用力肺活量(FVC)为(3.21±0.56)L、FEV1/FVC(80.99±9.56)%高于干预前的(1.43±0.55)L、(2.16±0.41)L、(66.20±7.47)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,患者的精神健康、精力、一般状况、躯体功能、生理职能、社会功能、情感功能、生理功能评分高于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,234例患者中,非常满意110例、满意114例、不满意10例,满意度为95.73%(224/234)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施家庭医生签约社区干预模式,能够改善患者的肺功能和生活质量,提高患者对干预模式的满意度。Objective To investigate the clinical value of community intervention mode of family doctor contract on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods The pulmonary function indicators and quality of life of patients before and after intervention were compared,and the satisfaction rate of patients was analyzed.Results After intervention,the forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)(2.60±0.57)L,forced vital capacity(FVC)(3.21±0.56)L and FEV1/FVC(80.99±9.56)%of patients were higher than(1.43±0.55)L,(2.16±0.41)L and(66.20±7.47)%before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the mental health,energy,general condition,physical function,physiological function,social function,emotional function,physiological function score of patients were higher than those before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,among 234 patients,110 cases were very satisfied,114 cases were satisfied and 10 cases were dissatisfied,with satisfaction rate as 95.73%(224/234).Conclusion Community intervention mode of family doctor contract can improve the pulmonary function and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and increase the satisfaction with the intervention model.
