摘 要:目的分析烧伤患者感染病原菌分布及耐药性。方法选择150例烧伤患者,对其进行感染病原菌分布及耐药性调查。结果本研究共分离出300株病原菌,革兰阴性杆菌(G^(-))150株,占50%,主要以铜绿假单胞菌(80株),大肠埃希氏菌(50株),阴沟肠杆菌(16株)为主;革兰阳性球菌(G^(+))150株,占50%,主要以金黄色葡萄球菌(86株),表皮葡萄球菌(52株)为主。细菌耐药性研究发现,金黄色葡萄球菌的总耐药率为55%(47/86),对万古霉素的耐药率为10%(9/86)。铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南的敏感度达100%(80/80)。结论烧伤患者感染病原菌分布及耐药性调查显示,主要的感染病菌是铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、阴沟肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌;耐药性方面,特异性抗菌药物具有较好的抗菌活性。Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in burn patients.Methods 150 burn patients were selected to investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria.Results Among 300 strains of pathogenic bacteria isolated in this study,there were 150 Gram-negative bacilli(G^(-))strains,accounting for 50%,mainly Pseudomonas aeruginosa(80 strains),Escherichia coli(50 strains),Enterobacter cloacae(16 strains)mainly;150 Gram-positive cocci(G^(+))strains,accounting for 50%,mainly Staphylococcus aureus(86 strains)and Staphylococcus epidermidis(52 strains).Bacterial resistance studies found that the total resistance rate of Staphylococcus aureus was 55%(47/86),and the resistance rate to vancomycin was 10%(9/86).The sensitivity of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to imipenem was 100%(80/80).Conclusion The distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in burn patients shows that the main pathogens are Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli and Enterobacter cloacae,Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis.In terms of drug resistance,specific antibiotics have good antibacterial activity.
