摘　　要：中医药治疗男性不育历史悠久,以肾主生殖作为指导思想,临床医师有从肝肾论治,也有从五脏论治,近年来不少学者从活血化瘀论治取得了一定的疗效,笔者鉴于临床治疗不育用药上存在一味地补肾填精、补五脏之虚而忽略邪气存在的弊端,临床中体会到不育症治疗用药宜轻灵,忌用大补猛泄、大寒大热之品,应谨守阴阳平衡,夫妻双方需要共同努力摒弃急于求成的心理,在此撷取典型医案以期为临床治疗不育提供参考。In the treatment of male infertility with Chinese medicine,the main guiding ideology is that the kidney governs reproduction.Some doctors also treat it from the liver and kidney and from the five zang-organs.In recent years,many doctors have obtained certain curative effect from the treatment of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,however,in the clinical treatment of infertility,there are some drawbacks such as simply tonifying the kidney to fill the essence,tonifying the deficiency of the five zang-organs and ignoring the evil Qi.The author discovered in the clinical the liver and Gallbladder damp-heat,the kidney deficiency blood stasis type sterility is more common,the treatment should guard the yin-yang balance,uses the medicine to follow the card to add or subtract.In this paper,typical medical records are extracted to provide reference for clinical treatment of infertility.
