干燥综合征的中医药治疗规律浅析

摘　　要：目的:整理收集安徽中医药大学第一附属医院风湿免疫科治疗干燥综合征的患者基本信息、中药处方内容,试探寻治疗干燥综合征的处方中中药使用规律。方法:整理安徽中医药大学第一附属医院风湿免疫科2018年6月—2019年6月共12个月临床诊断为SS的患者,且使用中药后认同疗效的病例共计84例,共使用中药方剂171首,以患者基本情况、疾病证型、使用中药的频次、种类等为指标进行分类分析。结果:干燥综合征患者以女性患者居多,且以40~70岁年龄患者的发病率高;使用频次最高的3类中药的分别是:补虚药、清热药、活血化瘀药;使用频次最高5种中药分别是:麦冬,甘草、北沙参、石斛、白芍。结论:中医药以益气养阴、生津润燥、活血通络为主,配以其他药物,辨证施治燥痹临床疗效较好。Objective:To collect the basic information of the patients in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of the First Affiliated Hospital of the Anhui University of Chinese Medicine,and the contents of the prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and to explore the rules of the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the prescriptions of Sjogren syndrome.Methods:To classify and analyze the basic condition of the patients,the type of disease,the frequency and kinds of using traditional Chinese medicine of 84 patients who were clinically diagnosed as SS during 12 months from June 2018 to June 2019 in the Department of Rheumatology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Result:Female patients are the majority,and the incidence rate is high in patients aged 40 to 70 years;The frequency of use TCM:tonic,antipyretic,stasis dissoiling drugs;The frequency of use TCM:Ophio pogonis,Glycyrrhiza,Glehnia littoralis,Dendrobium nobile,Paeonia lactiflora.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect is better in treatment of Arthralgia due to dryness with Yiqi Yangyin,Shengjin Runzao,Huoxue Tongluo and with other medicine.
