中药倒模面膜术联合果酸治疗痤疮后色素沉着35例

摘　　要：目的:观察中药倒模面膜术联合果酸治疗痤疮后色素沉着的临床疗效。方法:痤疮后色素沉着患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例;对照组患者采用单纯果酸焕肤术进行治疗,观察组采用果酸焕肤术、中药倒模面膜术交替治疗。2周为1疗程,共治疗4疗程,疗程结束后分析两组疗效,比较两组痤疮后色素沉着指数、满意度及不良反应等。结果:经研究结果显示,观察组愈显率为74…%,对照组愈显率为51…%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组痤疮后色素沉着指数明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意率(89…%)明显高于对照组(69…%)(P<0.05),两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:综上所述,中药倒模面膜术联合果酸治疗痤疮后色素沉着与单纯采用果酸治疗对比,可获得更好的临床疗效,改善痤疮后的色素沉着,患者满意度高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine reverse mask combined with fruit acid in the treatment of pigmentation after acne.Methods:70 patients with acne pigmentation were randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.Two weeks was a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.After the course of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was analyzed,and the pigmentation index,satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The results showed that the effective rate of the observation group was 74%,and that of the control group was 51%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the pigmentation index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the observation group(89%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(69%)(P<0.05),and there was no obvious adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion:In conclusion,compared with the treatment with acid alone,the Chinese medicine reverse mould mask combined with fruit acid treatment can achieve better clinical efficacy,improve pigmentation after acne,and have higher satisfaction.
