摘　　要：随着2020年国内加速建设5G独立组网(Standalone,SA)网络,以及全球各界对“5G改变社会”达成共识,5G时代的运营商计费模式和4G时代的差别成为受关注的话题。从运营商网络计费的历史发展角度,以移动数据业务为主要视角,结合5G网络特点,给出运营商计费模式转变的方法研究。With the acceleration of the construction of 5G SA network in China in 2020,and the global consensus on“5G changes society”,the difference between the charging mode of operators in the 5G era and the 4G era has become a topic of concern.This article carries out the research on the method of charging mode transformation from the perspective of the historical development of network billing of operators and referring to mobile data service,and combined with the characteristics of 5G network.
