水飞蓟宾胶囊对抗结核药物肝损害的预防效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察水飞蓟宾胶囊对肺结核患者抗结核药物肝损害的预防作用。方法:纳入2018年11月—2020年9月在我医院接受治疗的90例肺结核患者,根据随机数字法分成研究组和对照组,各45例。对照组接受常规方法进行抗结核治疗。研究组在对照组的基础上联合使用水飞蓟宾胶囊进行口服。对比分析两组肝功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗前ALT、AST、GGT、TBiL水平,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗30天后,研究组ALT、AST、GGT、TBiL水平与治疗前相比下降,对照组ALT、AST、GGT、TBiL水平与治疗前相比均上升,研究组ALT、AST、GGT、TBiL水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应总发生率为15.56%,研究组为11.11%,对比组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对肺结核患者应用抗结核药物治疗过程中联合使用水飞蓟宾胶囊进行治疗,能够有效预防抗结核药物对肝造成的损害,且不良反应较小。Objective To investigate the preventive effect of silibinin Capsule on liver damage caused by antituberculosis drugs in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods In this study,90 tuberculosis patients who received treatment in our district from November 2018 to September 2020 were included.According to random number method,90 cases were divided into study group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional antituberculous therapy.In addition to the control group,the study group was combined with the oral administration of silybinin capsules.Liver function indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of alt,AST,GGT and TBIL between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after 30 days of treatment,the levels of alt,AST,GGT and TBIL in the study group decreased compared with those before treatment,while the levels of alt,AST,GGT and TBIL in the control group increased compared with those before treatment,and the levels of alt,AST,GGT and TBIL in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 15.56%in the control group and 11.11%in the study group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Silibinin capsule can effectively prevent the liver damage caused by antituberculosis drugs,and has less adverse reactions.
