摘　　要：妊娠期糖尿病是妊娠期最易出现的并发症,且与胰岛素抵抗之间存在重要的相关性,通过对妊娠糖尿病胰岛素抵抗进行探讨,可以促进妊娠期及备孕人群更加了解妊娠糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的发病机制,促使医护人员了解妊娠糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的最新进展,从而提高治疗及护理效果,促进妊娠糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者尽快康复,提高妊娠糖尿病胰岛素抵抗孕妇和胎儿健康水平。Gestational diabetes is the most prone to complications during pregnancy,and there is an important correlation between it and insulin resistance.Through the discussion of insulin resistance of gestational diabetes,it can promote the pregnancy and pregnancy population to better understand the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes insulin resistance.Encourage medical staff to understand the latest research progress in insulin resistance of gestational diabetes,thereby improving the effectiveness of treatment and care,promoting the recovery of patients with insulin resistance of gestational diabetes,and improving the health of pregnant women and fetuses with insulin resistance of gestational diabetes.
