摘 要:2018年1月,广州市花都区芙蓉变电站正式投产了国内首台110 kV植物油主变压器。与传统的矿物油变压器不同,该次投运的主变压器采用天然酯作为对流循环散热介质。为掌握此大型植物油变压器的振动特性,文中首先根据变压器振动机理,使用有限元仿真软件建立了植物油介质下的振源振动二维模型,对机械波在植物油中的传播特征进行了研究,之后根据机械波传递特性在变压器的油箱壁高低压两侧分别设置了6个振动测点,采用振动信号分析法对变压器的振动特征进行了研究,为振动监测法在大型植物油变压器故障监测上的运用提供了一定的基础。The Chinese first 110 kV vegetable-oil main transformer takes vegetable oil as its heat dissipation medium via convective circulation.In order to understand the vibration characteristics of this large-scale vegetable-oilimmersed transformer,this study firstly established a two-dimensional vibration model of vibration source in vegetable oil medium based on the vibration mechanism of transformer and the finite element simulation software,and investigated the propagation characteristics of the mechanical waves in vegetable oil.Then,according to the propagation characteristics of the mechanical waves,six vibration measuring points were set on both high and low pressure sides of the fuel tank wall of the transformer to collect vibration signals.A three-dimensional simulation model of the transformer was set up,and the vibration signal analysis method way employed to reveal the vibration characteristics of the transformer.The study may provide a basis for application of the vibration monitoring method to the fault monitoring of the large-scale vegetable-oil-immersed transformer.
