摘 要:文中提出了一种不完全齿轮间歇结构的定位方案,解决了三工位隔离开关传动级数多、位置定位不准确、定位精度易受零件加工精度及装配精度的影响、机构整体占用空间大的问题。其结果具有新颖性和实用性。文中首先对此定位原理进行了理论分析设计,然后给出样机试验结果。试验结果证明,该方案结构简单,传动级数少,占用空间小,装配后无需调节即可达到所需的定位精度。能够实现三工位隔离开关电动操作的准确定位,并已在工程中得到广泛的应用。In this paper,a kind of a positioning scheme for the incomplete gear intermittent structure is proposed and such problems as multiple transmission series,inaccurate positioning of position,influence of positioning accuracy by the machining and assembly accuracy and large space occupation of the mechanism are solved.The result has both novelty and practicability.The theoretical analysis and design of this positioning principle is firstly performed,then the test result of the sample is given.It is proved by the test result that the scheme has simple structure,small transmission series,small space occupation and can achieve the needed positioning accuracy after assembly,which can achieve accurate positioning of the electric operation of the three position disconnector and has been used widely in the projects.
