摘  要:在实际运行中,由于真空接触器体积小,传动件、支撑件及绝缘件合为一体导致安装位移传感器困难。因此可以通过较容易获取的分合闸线圈电流波形来判断接触器的动作特性。为实现不同状态下分合闸线圈电流波形的横向对比,建立了真空接触器电磁机构的动态仿真模型。与实测线圈电流、衔铁位移曲线进行比对发现误差在10%以内。随后采用定量的模式,模拟分析了机械卡涩、线圈匝间短路、线圈电压异常、铁心间隙过大对线圈电流的影响,发现模型误差满足产品和工程的要求。In practical operation,it is difficult to install the displacement sensor due to small volume of the vacuum contactor and integration of drive,support and insulation part.Therefore,the operation characteristic of the contactor can be judged by the easily obtained current waveform of the opening and closing coil.A dynamic simulation model of the electromagnetic mechanism of the vacuum contactor is set up for the purpose of achieving the transverse comparison of current waveforms of the opening and closing coil at different conditions.It is found by comparing with the actually measured coil current and armature displacement curve that the error is within 10%.Then,the effects of mechanical jam,inter-turn short circuit of coil,voltage abnormity of coil and excessive core clearance on the current of coil are simulated and analyzed by quantitative method,finding that the model error meets the requirement of products and projects.
