摘 要:目的对蛤蚧的分子鉴定方法进行了总结和展望,以期为含蛤蚧的药材、饮片、中成药等的安全性和有效性质量评价提供参考。方法对近20多年的蛤蚧分子鉴定技术的文献进行系统整理。结果以PCR、重复序列为基础的分子标记技术以及DNA序列分析均能对蛤蚧及其部分伪品进行成功鉴定。结论蛤蚧准确鉴定是临床安全和有效用药的基础。蛤蚧分子鉴定技术取得了重要的研究进展,可以在含蛤蚧的药材、饮片、中成药等有广阔的应用前景。Objective To summarize and prospect the molecular identification methods of the Gekko gecko in order to provide reference for the evaluation of safety and efficiency and quality of Chinese crude drugs,decoction pieces of Chinese material medica,Chinese patent medicine containing Gekko gecko.Methods The literature related to the molecular identification technology of Gekko gecko over the past 20 years were systematically sorted out and summarized.Results The molecular identification methods based on PCR,repeat sequence and DNA sequence analysis could successfully identify the Gekko gecko and some of its counterfeits,respectively.Conclusion The accurate identification of the Gekko gecko is the basis of clinical safe and rational medication.The molecular identification technology has made important progress,which can be widely used in Chinese crude drugs,decoction pieces of Chinese material medica,Chinese patent medicine containing Gekko gecko.
