摘　　要：如何评估RFID技术在图书馆的实际应用,是图书馆管理层和图书馆界亟须解决的问题。本文应用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,在参考国家图书馆绩效指标的基础上,对评估体系中RFID功能、利用、成本、服务4个方面23个指标进行建模,以此构建图书馆RFID绩效评估体系。应用该体系,能够准确有效地评估RFID技术在图书馆的实际应用效果。How to evaluate the practical application effect of RFID technology in libraries is an urgent problem for the library management.In this paper,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)are applied to build the library RFID performance evaluation system based on national library standard,which includes 4 aspects and 23 indicators:the RFID function,use,cost and service.The application of this system can accurately and effectively evaluate the practical application effect of RFID technology in libraries.
