摘　　要：随着清洁能源高比例接入和终端电气化率提升,城市电网的发展将呈现出新特征。为适应新形态城市电网发展的需要,首先重点从清洁能源消纳、供电性能提升、节能高效运行以及经济友好服务4个方面分析城市电网源网荷发展的新特征,然后借鉴国际电力行业常用指标体系,通过筛选能够体现城市电网新形态特征的核心指标和二级指标,构建新形态城市电网的综合评价指标体系,为城市电网的规划、建设及发展提供参考。With the high proportion of access to clean energy and the increase in terminal electrification rate,the development of urban power network will present morphological features in the future.First,the characteristics of new-form urban power network with coordinated development of source,network and load are summarized from four aspects:clean energy accommodation,power supply performance improvement,energy-saving and efficient operation,and economically friendly service.On this basis,through selecting the core indicators and secondary indicators that can reflect the characteristics of new-form urban power network,a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed to provide references for the planning,construction and development of new-form urban power network.
