摘 要:为了了解复合肥添加矿物源腐植酸后对土壤养分、生物活性和玉米产量的增效作用,通过田间试验研究了腐植酸复合肥、常规复合肥处理对石灰性土壤养分、酶活性、微生物数量、玉米产量的影响。结果表明:与不施肥处理相比,腐植酸复合肥和常规复合肥处理均可显著提高土壤养分(铵态氮、硝态氮和速效磷)、土壤微生物数量和玉米产量。与常规复合肥处理相比,腐植酸复合肥处理显著地提高了玉米苗期土壤铵态氮、速效磷含量;显著降低了玉米灌浆期、收获期土壤脲酶活性;显著增加了玉米灌浆期、收获期土壤细菌数量。综上,复合肥添加矿物源腐植酸后对土壤养分和生物活性有一定的增效作用,进而可提高玉米产量。In order to know the synergistic effects of adding mineral humic acid to compound fertilizer on soil nutrients,bioactivity and maize yield,the field experiments were conducted to study the effects of humic acid compound fertilizer and conventional compound fertilizer on nutrient,enzyme activity,microorganism quantity and maize yield in calcareous soil.The results showed that,compared with no fertilizer application treatment,humic acid compound fertilizer and conventional compound fertilizer treatment could significantly increase soil nutrients(ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and available phosphorus),soil microorganism quantity and maize yield.Compared with conventional compound fertilizer treatment,humic acid compound fertilizer treatment significantly increased the contents of soil ammonium nitrogen and available phosphorus at maize seedling stage,decreased the activity of soil urease at the filling stage and harvest stage,increased the number of soil bacteria at the filling and harvest stage.In conclusion,adding mineral humic acid to compound fertilizer had a certain synergistic effect on soil nutrients and bioactivity,and then increased maize yield.
