摘　　要：近年来,随着人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)突飞猛进的发展,其在医学中的应用也日益广泛。文章对有关AI在麻醉学中应用研究进行汇总,AI在麻醉学应用方面的相关研究主要集中在围手术期不良事件监测、自动评估麻醉深度、麻醉药物自动给药系统及自动超声图像处理方面。AI有可能影响麻醉的临床实践,随着研究工作的推进和技术的发展,麻醉医师提供基于实践的见解可帮助AI的进一步发展。In recent years,with the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI),its application in medicine is increasingly extensive.In this review,the application of AI in anesthesiology is summarized.The related researches of AI in anesthesiology application mainly focus on perioperative adverse event monitoring,automatic evaluation of anesthetic depth,automatic anesthetic drug delivery system and automatic ultrasonic image processing.AI has the potential to influence the clinical practice of anesthesia.On the other hand,as new research advances and technology development,anesthesiologists can provide practice‑based insights to help further develop AI.
