摘　　要：钢包透气砖是钢包炉外精炼工艺的关键功能元件,通过提高钢包底吹效果可以提高洁净钢的质量。本文介绍使用弥散型钢包透气砖,生产帘线钢YLX80A的生产实践,尤其是对气体含量和夹杂物控制。对生产的帘线钢试样进行检测,其产品洁净度及产品质量达到了钢帘线产品质量要求且优于采用狭缝型钢包透气砖。Ladle vent brick is the key functional component in the ladle refining process,and the quality of clean steel can be improved by improving the bottom blowing effect of ladle.This paper introduces the production practice of YLX80A cord steel with dispersion type ladle permeable brick,especially the control of gas content and inclusion.The results show that the cleanliness and quality of the steel cord products meet the quality requirements of steel cord products and are superior to the slit type ladle permeable brick.
