摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC三种成分同时测定方法,用于评价脑醒方的质量。方法:含量测定使用高效液相色谱仪,十八烷基硅烷色谱柱(Agilent Eclipse C18,250mm×4.8mm,5μm粒径),0.1%甲酸(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱程序为:0~20min,5%~10%B;20~25min,10%~45%B;25~45min,45%~90%;45~50min,90%~5%B;50~60min,5%~5%B;检测波长280nm,流速l.0ml/min,进样量10μL,柱温30℃;共测定10批脑醒方汤剂中和厚朴酚、柚皮苷和白术内酯Ⅰ的含量。结果:10批供试品中,含柚皮苷0.0627~0.0777mg/mL,和厚朴酚0.1987~0.2463mg/mL,白术内酯Ⅰ0.2521~0.3420mg/mL。结论:本方法准确、高效,能够对脑醒方进行多指标质量评价。Objective:To evaluate the quality of Naoxing Formula,by establishing an HPLC simultaneous determination for three components in it.Methods:a high performance liquid chromatography was used for content determination,with an octadecyl silane chromatography column(Agilent Eclipse C18,250 mm×4.8 mm,particle sized 5μm),and a mobile phase containing 0.1%formic acid(A)-acetonitrile(B),the gradient program was as followed:0~20 min,5%~10%B;20~25 min,10%~45%B;25~45 min,45%~90%;45~50 min,90%~5%B;50~60 min,5%~5%B;the detection wavelength was 280 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the injection volume was 10μL,the column temperature was 30℃;10 batches of Naoxing Formula decoction were analyzed for their naringin,honokiol and atractylodes lactone I contents.Result:10 batches of samples contained 0.0627~0.0777 mg/mL of naringin,0.1987~0.2463 mg/mL of honokiol and 0.2521~0.3420 mg/mL of atractylodes lactone I.Conclusion:the proposed method was accurate and efficient,and capable of evaluating Naoxing Formula’s quality with multiple indexes.
