摘　　要：目的应用全基因组测序方法,鉴定中山市1名发热及皮疹待查因的患者血液中分离的1株罕见菌株。方法对1株罕见菌株进行传统微生物生化鉴定无果之后,提取细菌基因组DNA,并进行全基因测序,按照de novo的方式进行组装后,应用微生物基因组序列的平均核苷酸相似度(ANI)鉴定方法进行物种鉴定。结果该株罕见菌用传统微生物方法不能鉴定,而用基于全基因组测序的微生物基因组序列的ANI鉴定方法,可准确地鉴定为念珠状链杆菌,该菌与Streptobacillus moniliformis DSM 12112的核苷酸相似度为99.68%。结论基于全基因组测序的方法可用于罕见病原菌的快速鉴定。Objective To identify a rare strain of Streptobacillus moniliformis isolated from the blood of a patient with fever and rash in our city by whole genome sequencing.Methods A rare strain of Streptobacillus moniliformis isolated from the blood of a patient with fever and skin rash in our city could not be identified by traditional microbial biochemical method.Bacterial genomic DNA was extracted and sequenced.After assembly according to de novo method,species were identified by average nucleotide identity(ANI)identification method of microbial genome sequence.Results The rare strain could not be identified by traditional microbial methods,but the genetic similarity of microbial genome sequences based on whole genome sequencing(ANI)could be accurately identified as Streptobacillus moniliformis.The nucleotide similarity between the strain and Streptobacillus moniliformis DSM 12112 was 99.68%.Conclusion The method based on whole genome sequencing could be used for rapid identification of rare pathogens.
