云克联合股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗早期非创伤性股骨头坏死的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨云克联合股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗早期非创伤性股骨头坏死的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2017年9月至2020年3月河南省洛阳正骨医院(河南省骨科医院)收治的早期非创伤性股骨头坏死患者90例进行临床资料的回顾性分析。根据治疗方式分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。研究对比两组的临床效果、行走能力、疼痛程度、关节功能评分、坏死指数以及骨髓水肿改善情况。结果观察组治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后行走能力,疼痛程度、关节功能评分以及坏死指数均有好转,观察组疼痛程度与坏死指数低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组行走能力、关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。骨髓水肿改善情况:治疗后观察组骨髓水肿1级降为0级22例,2级将为1级9例,3级将为2级5例;治疗后对照组骨髓水肿1级降为0级16例,2级降为1级9例,3级将为2级4例。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论云克联合股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗早期非创伤性股骨头坏死的临床效果明显,不良反应发生率低。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yunke combined with Gugutou Huaisiyu capsule in the treatment of early non⁃traumatic femoral head necrosis.Methods From September 2017 to March 2020,90 patients with early non⁃traumatic femoral head necrosis admitted to Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital(Henan Orthopedic Hospital)were selected for retrospective analysis of clinical data.According to treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The study compared the clinical effects,walking ability,pain degree,joint function score,necrosis index and improvement of bone marrow edema in the two groups.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the walking ability,pain degree,joint function score and necrosis index of the two groups improved after treatment.The pain degree and necrosis index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the walking ability and joint function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Improvement of bone marrow edema:After treatment,bone marrow edema in the observation group decreased from grade 1 to grade 0 in 22 cases,from grade 2 to grade 1 in 9 cases,and from grade 3 to grade 2 in 5 cases;After treatment,bone marrow edema in the control group were reduced from grade 1 to grade 0 in 16cases,from grade 2 to grade 1 in 9 cases,and from grade 3 to grade 2 in 4 cases.There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yunke combined with Gugutou Huaisiyu capsule has obvious clinical results in the treat⁃ment of early non⁃traumatic femoral head necrosis,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
