摘  要:《文心雕龙·养气》篇的主旨是针对为文伤命的现象,讨论如何在文学创作中保养生命的方法。刘勰从古今文学的演变、年龄、器用、实例等多个角度论证了为文伤命的客观存在,从文学创作的本质特征论述这种现象的不合理,在此基础上提出养气的具体方法。刘勰的养气方法重在"节宣",使心情保持舒畅的状态,而不使其壅滞;劳逸结合,张弛适度,使笔锋常利,而不对身心造成伤害。郭晋稀等怀疑《养气》在《文心雕龙》的篇次位置是建立在错误的假设基础之上的。刘勰的养气论表征着中国古人对为文伤命现象的深刻体认,并且开始自觉地探讨解决之道,在中国文论史上具有重要意义。At present, the academic circles have not accurately understood the theme, the logic of semantic logic and its position of Yang Qi in Wen Xin Diao Long. The main purpose of Yang Qi is to discuss how to maintain life in literary creation, aiming at the phenomenon of hurting life for literature. Liu Xie demonstrated the objective existence of hurting one’s life for literature from the evolution of ancient and modern literature, age, ability and examples, and discussed the irrationality of this phenomenon from the essential characteristics of literary creation, on the basis of which he put forward the specific methods of Yang Qi. Liu Xie’s method of Yang Qi focuses on suitable writing, which keeps his mood comfortable and not obstruct it;the combination of work and rest, moderate relaxation, makes the pen always profitable, and does no harm to body and mind. Guo Jinxi and others suspect the current position of Yang Qi in Wen Xin Diao Long is based on wrong assumptions. Liu Xie’s theory of Yang Qi represents the ancient Chinese people’s deep understanding of the phenomenon of the hurt of literature creation, and begins to explore the solution consciously, which is of great significance in the history of Chinese literary theory.
