摘　　要：总结1例右心室双出口合并丹迪-沃克综合征患儿的一期矫治术后护理经验。护理要点包括心功能维护、神经系统观察及保护、预防并发症、控制感染及营养支持等,其中左心功能维护、神经系统症状观察是关键。经过个体化、精细化的治疗与护理,患儿病情恢复良好,于术后14 d转至神经外科拟行二期丹迪-沃克综合征矫治。A child with right ventricular double outlet complicated with Dandy-walker syndrome after primary nursing experience was summarized. The main points of nursing include cardiac function maintenance,nervous system observation and protection,prevention of complications,control of infection and nutritional support,among which left ventricular function maintenance,nervous system symptom observation and prevention are the keys. Through individualized and meticulous treatment and nursing care,the child recovered well and was transferred to neurosurgery for the second stage Dandy-walker syndrome correction 14 d after the operation.
