摘  要:乡村振兴,科技是支撑。本研究以河北省119家农业科技园区的调研数据为基础,对农业科技园区的创新能力进行比较分析与评价。结果表明:河北省农业科技园区的整体创新能力远低于全国国家级农业科技园区创新能力;河北省国家级农业科技园区创新能力也远低于全国国家级农业科技园区创新能力;河北省省级农业科技园区创新能力明显低于河北省国家级农业科技园区创新能力。进一步对河北省11个设区市及辛集、定州的农业科技园区创新能力进行聚类分析,发现辛集和邯郸的创新能力较强,唐山、石家庄、邢台、承德、定州、廊坊的创新能力次之,秦皇岛、衡水、保定、沧州、张家口的创新能力较弱。基于上述分析,建议河北省继续加大政府对农业科技创新的支持力度,进一步通过优化科技创新金融服务环境、健全人才激励机制等办法提升农业科技园区的创新能力。Rural revitalization is supported by science and technology. Based on the survey data of 119 agricultural science and technology parks in Hebei Province, this paper made a comparative analysis and evaluation on the innovation ability of agricultural science and technology parks. The results showed that the overall innovation ability of agricultural science and technology parks in Hebei Province was far lower than that of national agricultural science and technology parks in China. The innovation capacity of national agricultural science and technology parks in Hebei Province was also far lower than that of national agricultural science and technology parks. The innovation ability of provincial agricultural science and technology parks in Hebei Province was obviously lower than that of national agricultural science and technology parks. Cluster analysis was made on the innovation ability of agricultural science and technology parks in 11 districts and Xinji, Dingzhou. It was found that Xinji and Handan had the stronger innovation ability, Tangshan, Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Chengde, Dingzhou and Langfang had the second, and Qinhuangdao, Hengshui, Baoding, Cangzhou and Zhangjiakou had the weaker innovation ability. Based on the above analysis, it was suggested that Hebei Province should continue to strengthen the government’s support for agricultural science and technology innovation, and further improve the innovation capacity of agricultural science and technology parks by optimizing the financial service environment for science and technology innovation and improving the talent incentive mechanism.
