摘  要:为了解贵州省黔东南州某养殖场送检花边鸭感染的病原,试验对送检的花边鸭通过剖检观察、细菌分离培养、革兰氏染色镜检、16S rRNA序列分析、生化试验方法进行鉴定,并对分离菌进行药敏试验。结果表明:剖检可见其中1只发病鸭的心脏、肝脏均有纤维素性包膜,脾脏肿大呈大理石样。病变组织接种普通琼脂培养基和麦康凯培养基均无菌落生长,鲜血琼脂培养基上长出两种菌落,一种为非溶血型,另一种为α溶血型。非溶血型分离菌经革兰氏染色鉴定为革兰氏阴性小杆菌,α溶血型分离菌为革兰氏阳性球菌。16S rRNA序列分析结果显示,非溶血型分离菌为鸭疫里默氏杆菌,命名为GZ2019RA;α溶血型分离菌为绿色气球菌,命名为GZ2019AV。鸭疫里默氏杆菌GZ2019RA株仅触酶和氧化酶反应为阳性,GZ2019AV株可发酵糖类、利用枸橼酸盐、尿素酶及赖氨酸。鸭疫里默氏杆菌GZ2019RA与绿色气球菌GZ2019AV均对哌拉西林、头孢呋辛敏感,鸭疫里默氏杆菌GZ2019RA株对氨苄西林、卡那霉素、丁胺卡那等16种药物耐药,绿色气球菌GZ2019AV株对红霉素、环丙沙星、痢特灵等17种药物耐药。说明发病鸭感染了鸭疫里默氏杆菌与绿色气球菌,且耐药现象较严重。In order to understand the pathogens of Lacy duck infection sent by a breeding farm in Qiandongnan Prefecture,Guizhou Province,the test was carried out through necropsy observation,bacterial isolation and culture,Gram staining microscopy,16 S rRNA sequence analysis,and biochemical test methods to identify and isolate the bacteria by conducting a drug sensitivity test.The results showed that one of the diseased Lacy duck had fibrinous envelopes on the heart and liver of the dead ducks,and that the spleen was enlarged in marble.The diseased tissues were inoculated with normal agar medium and MacConkey medium,which resulted in aseptic colony growth;two types of colonies grew on fresh blood agar medium,one of which was non-hemolytic and the other was alpha hemolytic.Non-hemolytic isolate was identified as Gram-negative microbacteria by Gram staining,and alpha hemolytic isolate was Gram-positive cocci.The 16 S rRNA sequence analysis results showed that the non-hemolytic isolate was Riemerella anatipestifer,which was named GZ2019 RA;the alpha hemolytic isolate was Aeroeoccus viridans,which was named GZ2019 AV.The isolated strain GZ2019 RA was only positive for catalase and oxidase;GZ2019 AV strain could ferment sugar,and use citrate,urease and lysine.Both Riemerella anatipestifer GZ2019 RA and Aeroeoccus viridans GZ2019 AV were sensitive to two drugs including piperacillin and cefuroxime,however,Rimerella anatipestife strain GZ2019 RA was resistant to 16 drugs,such as ampicillin,kanamycin and carbamide.Aeroeoccus viridans GZ2019 AV strain was resistant to 17 drugs such as erythromycin,ciprofloxacin and dyloterine,it indicated that the diseased ducks were infected with Riemerella anatipestifer and Aeroeoccus viridans,and the phenomenon of drug resistance was serious.
