一例公猫下泌尿道综合征的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：7月龄豹猫,体重2.5 kg,雄性,已绝育,有泌尿道病史,主要症状为排尿困难,频频有排尿动作,但是排出尿液量少,精神沉郁,食欲差,有呕吐,先后在其他宠物医院保守治疗过2次,仍出现排尿异常。笔者通过临床检查、血液学检查及腹部B型超声波检查进行确诊,并根据诊断结果进行治疗。结果表明:该猫患有下泌尿道综合征,通过保守治疗后,反复出现排尿异常现象,于是果断采取手术治疗方案,对患猫进行叶氏尿道造口手术。术后通过系统治疗及科学的护理,患猫康复出院。说明针对本病例保守治疗效果有限,及时采取手术治疗取得了良好的治疗效果。7 months old Leopard cat,weighing 2.5 kg,male,neutered,had a history of urinary tract disease;the main symptoms were difficulty in urination,frequent urination,but low urine output,depression,poor appetite,and vomiting;and it had been treated conservatively in other pet hospitals 2 times,but it still had abnormal urination.The test confirmed the diagnosis through clinical examination,hematological examination and abdominal B-ultrasound examination,and treatment could be carried out based on the diagnosis result.The results showed that the cat suffered from lower urinary tract syndrome,and after conservative treatment,urinary abnormalities occurred repeatedly;surgical treatment plan was resolutely adopted,and Ye’s urethrotomy was performed on the cat.After the operation,the cat recovered and discharged from the hospital through systematic treatment and scientific care.The results suggested that conservative treatment had limited effect in this case,and timely surgical treatment had achieved good therapeutic effect.
