一例犬掌骨骨折的髓内针联合夹板治疗

摘  要:1岁雌性哈士奇犬在奔跑时,因主人忽然拽紧牵引绳而摔倒,导致其右前肢垂悬不敢着地。笔者采用临床症状、血常规及血液生化指标、影像学检查的方法进行诊断,并根据诊断结果进行治疗。结果表明:该犬右前肢第2~5掌骨闭合性断裂性骨折,采用髓内针内固定术联合夹板外固定法对患犬进行治疗,手术较为成功,经功能性恢复锻炼后患犬基本可以正常走路。说明髓内针内固定术联合夹板外固定治疗犬掌骨骨折可获得良好的治疗效果。When a 1-year-old female husky was running,her owner suddenly pulled on the traction rope and fell down,causing her right foreleg to hang down and dare not touch the ground.Clinical symptoms,blood routine,blood biochemical indicators,and imaging methods were used to diagnose and treat according to the diagnosis.The results showed that the dog had a closed fracture of the second to fifth metacarpal bones of the right forelimb.Intramedullary nail internal fixation supplemented with splint external fixation was selected to treat the dog.The operation was successful,and the affected dog could basically walk normally after functional recovery exercise.The results suggested that intramedullary nail internal fixation combined with splint external fixation can obtain good therapeutic effect in the treatment of canine metacarpal fractures.
