摘 要:燃气催化燃烧辐射取暖作为一种高效清洁的辐射供暖技术具有巨大的市场潜力和应用价值,特别是新冠疫情爆发以来,重大突发事件发生后应急技术和装备研发的重要性便凸显出来。分析了传统医院供暖问题、红外辐射和催化燃烧原理、贵金属催化剂性能、燃气催化燃烧供暖器设计和节能减排特性,结合理论计算和实验开发了一种基于燃气催化燃烧技术的红外辐射供暖器。该供暖器具备如下特点:使用新型贵金属催化剂,有寿命长、抗硫中毒能力强、热稳定性好和活性高等特点;相比于市场上常用的石英灯管取暖器,有即开即暖、辐射强度高且不刺激皮肤的特点,距离设备2 m烘烤2 h黑球温度温差只有2.5℃;在节能减排方面,碳排放量仅为电红外取暖器的8.78%,氮氧化物等污染气体的排放量接近0。研究结论为传染病房、方舱医院应急管理技术与设备研发提供了技术支持和理论依据,并为燃气催化燃烧红外辐射供暖技术的进步开拓发展方向。As an efficient and clean radiant heating technology, gas catalytic combustion radiant heating has great market potential and application value. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the importance of emergency technology and equipment research and development have been highlighted after a major event. Therefore, through a series of the analysis of the heating problems of traditional hospitals, the principle of infrared radiation and catalytic combustion, the performance of precious metal catalysts, the design of gas catalytic combustion heaters and the characteristics of energy saving and emission reduction. Meanwhile, with theoretical calculation and experimental development, a kind of infrared radiation heater based on gas catalytic combustion technology was designed and developed. The heater has the following characteristics: The new noble metal catalyst has the characteristics of long life, strong resistance to sulfur poisoning, good thermal stability and high activity;It has the characteristics of instant warmth, high radiation intensity and no irritation to the skin by comparing with the quartz lamp heater which is used commonly in the market. In addition, when the black bulb thermometer was placed at two meters away from gas heater, the temperature difference is only 2.5 ℃ after two hours;In terms of energy conservation and emission reduction, carbon emissions are only 8.78 percent of electric infrared heaters, and emissions of nitrogen oxides and other polluting gases are close to zero. The research conclusions provide technical support and theoretical basis for the research and development of emergency management technology and equipment in infectious wards and mobile cabin hospitals, and expand development direction for the gas catalytic combustion infrared radiation heating technology.
