摘 要:以上海地区某办公建筑典型房间为研究对象,探究了围护结构蓄热供暖房间动态热特性以及相关影响因素,利用热平衡法建立了蓄热供暖房间动态热过程数学模型,并进行实验验证。结果显示,增加外墙保温有利于降低建筑蓄热供暖耗热附加量与耗热附加率,但围护结构总蓄热量变化较小;随换气次数、外窗传热系数增加,建筑蓄热供暖耗热附加量与耗热附加率均随之增加;当蓄热时长延长,建筑蓄热供暖耗热附加量与耗热附加率逐渐降低,且夜间围护结构逐时蓄热量和总蓄热量波动幅度较大。A typical room in an office building in Shanghai is researched for exploring the dynamic thermal characteristics of the room that the heat is stored in the enclosure to heat the room and several influencing factors. A mathematical model of the dynamic thermal process of the heat-storage heating room is established by using the heat balance method and verified by experiments. The results show that the increase of external wall insulation is beneficial to reduce the addition heat consumption and the addition heat consumption rate of the test room, but the total heat storage of the envelope changes little. With the increase of air change times and heat transfer coefficient of outer window, the additional heat consumption and the additional heat consumption rate both increase accordingly. When the heat storage time is prolonged, the additional heat consumption and the additional heat consumption rate of the room gradually decrease, at the same time, the hourly heat storage and the total heat storage of the envelope fluctuates greatly at night.
