复方三黄膏治疗股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA内固定术后大腿肿痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用复方三黄膏治疗股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA内固定术后大腿肿痛的临床疗效。方法:选取广东省茂名市电白区中医院骨一科2018年3月~2019年12月收治的股骨粗隆间骨折行PFNA内固定术的患者100例,随机分为试验组和对照组各50例,试验组采用复方三黄膏外敷治疗,对照组予常规治疗,观察比较两组患者术后疼痛、患肢大腿肿胀、CRP水平的变化及不良反应。结果:术后第5天、术后第10天,两组患者疼痛、患肢大腿肿胀水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第10天两组患者CRP水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用复方三黄膏能够改善患者股骨粗隆间骨折术后早期下肢肿痛症状,减轻炎症反应,临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of applying Compound Sanhuang Ointment on thigh swelling and pain after PFNA in patients with intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:A total of 100 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture who underwent PFNA surgery in our hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 and treated with PFNA internal fixation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group.The group was treated with Compound Sanhuang Ointment externally,and the control group was given conventional treatment.Observe and compare the changes in postoperative pain,thigh swelling,and CRP levels between the two groups of patients.Results:On the 5th and 10th postoperative days,there were statistically significant differences in pain and thigh swelling of affected limb between 2 groups(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in CRP level between the two groups on the 10th day after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Compound Sanhuang Ointment can improve the symptoms of lower limb swelling and pain in the early stage of postoperative femoral intertrochanteric fractures,reduce the inflammatory response,and has a significant clinical effect.
