摘　　要：目的:针对现有踝关节康复器体积庞大、移动不便、价格昂贵,导致踝关节功能障碍和下肢活动不变患者难以在最佳时期介入康复治疗的问题,本研究设计一种轻便式踝关节康复器。方法:根据人体踝关节运动学和动力学特性完成整体设计,以直流电机作为驱动系统,涡轮蜗杆作为传动减速系统,滑动槽调节运动角度,计时器控制不同运动时间,调压器控制运动频率。结果:该自动化踝关节康复器能使双足同时进行跖屈/背伸踝泵运动,可以根据患者踝关节活动范围调节活动角度、时间和频率,防止肌肉挛缩,促进血液循环。结论:该自动化踝关节康复器设计符合人体运动特性,操作简单,移动方便,价格低廉,能帮助昏迷、瘫痪、下肢术后患者等下肢功能障碍患者进行被动踝泵运动,预防下肢深静脉血栓形成。Objective:The problem was solved that the existing ankle joint rehabilitation device was bulky,inconvenient and expensive.It was difficult for patients with ankle joint dysfunction and lower limb activity to be involved in rehabilitation therapy at the best time.This study designed a portable ankle rehabilitation device.Methods:The design was completed based on the kinematics and dynamics of the ankle joint of the human body.The direct-current motor was used as the drive system.The worm gear was used as the transmission deceleration system.The sliding groove adjusted the movement angle.The timer controled different movement time.The voltage regulator controled the movement frequency.Results:The automatic ankle rehabilitation device performed the squat pump movement of the plantar flexion/back extension axis at the same time and adjusted the movement angle,time and frequency according to the patient's ankle joint activity range.It could prevent muscle contracture and improve blood flow effectively.Conclusion:The automatic ankle rehabilitation device was designed to meet the characteristics of human body movement,simple operation,convenient movement and low price.It could help passive sputum pumping in patients with lower extremity dysfunction such as coma,sputum and lower limb surgery to prevent deep venous thrombosis.
