摘　　要：终板分为骨性终板和软骨终板,软骨终板是与椎间盘相邻的透明软骨薄层,除了提供结构支持外,还调节椎间盘中的营养和代谢交换,将间盘所需的营养渗透入椎间盘。腰椎软骨终板退变对椎间盘的退变甚至腰椎间盘突出有重要影响,近年来软骨终板退变的相关研究成为国内外研究热点,深入研究软骨终板退变机制的相关因素可以为软骨终板及椎间盘退变的预防、治疗提供良好的思路。The endplate can be divided into bone endplate and cartilage endplate.The cartilage endplate is a thin layer of hyaline cartilage adjacent to the intervertebral disc,which not only provides structural support,but also regulates the nutrition and metabolism exchange of the intervertebral disc,and penetrates the nutrition needed by the intervertebral disc into the intervertebral disc.The degeneration of lumbar cartilage endplate has an important influence on the degeneration of intervertebral disc and even the protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.In recent years,the research on the degeneration of cartilage endplate has become a hot topic at home and abroad.Further study on the relevant factors of the degeneration mechanism of cartilage endplate can provide a good idea for the prevention and treatment of the degeneration of cartilage endplate and intervertebral disc.
