摘　　要：综合康复治疗是分娩性臂丛神经损伤患者除药物和外科治疗之外的一种行而有效的治疗方法,有助于帮助分娩性臂丛神经损伤患者的治疗效果达到最佳化。本文介绍了分娩性臂丛神经损伤的概况及其与成人臂丛神经损伤的区别,总结综合康复评价和治疗方法在分娩性臂丛神经损伤患者中的应用进展。分娩性臂丛神经损伤的综合康复治疗需要规范化与个性化,还应重视家庭康复。Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy is an effective treatment method for patients with obstetrical brachial plexus palsy in addition to drugs and surgical treatment,which helps to optimize treatment effect of patients with obstetrical brachial plexus palsy.This article introduces the general situation of obstetrical brachial plexus palsy and the difference from adult brachial plexus injury,and the application progress of comprehensive rehabilitation evaluation and treatment methods in patients with obstetrical brachial plexus palsy is summarized.The comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of obstetrical brachial plexus palsy needs to be standardized and individualized,and family rehabilitation should also be emphasized.
