观察加减参芪地黄汤联合泼尼松片对狼疮性肾炎肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨对狼疮性肾炎患者采用加减参芪地黄汤与泼尼松片联合治疗对肾功能的影响。方法将2019年1月—2020年7月作为研究时段,选取该时段内我院就诊的50例狼疮性肾炎患者进行研究。在随机信封分组法下,均分成25例对照组和观察组。给予对照组泼尼松片治疗,给予观察组加减参芪地黄汤联合泼尼松片治疗。连续治疗3个月后,比较两组临床治疗总有效率及肾功能各项指标改善情况。同时分析,治疗期间两组不良反应发生率差异。结果观察组与对照组相比,临床治疗总有效率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,观察组更低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组Scr、ALB、ALT、TP及CRP水平比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。连续治疗3个月后,两组Scr、ALT、TP及CRP水平均下降,ALB水平均上升,但是联合改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对狼疮性肾炎患者分别采用泼尼松片治疗和加减参芪地黄汤联合泼尼松片治疗产生临床效果存在差异,其中联合治疗产生临床治疗总有效率相较于单一用药更高,发生不良反应更低,是一种安全性较高的治疗手段。且采取联合治疗能有助于肾功能提升,对疾病治疗效果提升具有明显促进作用,临床推广和应用价值相对较高。Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi Dihuang decoction(参芪地黄汤) combined with prednisone tablets on renal function in patients with lupus nephritis.Methods 50 patients with lupus nephritis in our hospital from January2019 to July 2020 were selected for the study.Under the random envelope grouping method,all patients were divided into single group and combined group.The single group was given prednisone tablets,and the combined group was given Shenqi Dihuang decoction combined with prednisone tablets.After 3 months of continuous treatment,the total effective rate and the improvement of renal function indexes were compared between the two groups.At the same time,the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was lower than that in the combination group(P < 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SCR,ALB,alt,TP and CRP levels between the two groups(P > 0.05).After 3 months of continuous treatment,the levels of SCR,alt,TP and CRP in the two groups were decreased,and the level of Alb was increased.However,the joint improvement was significantly better than that of the single group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of prednisone tablets and modified Shenqi Dihuang decoction Combined with prednisone tablets for lupus nephritis patients are different.The total effective rate of combined treatment is higher than that of single drug,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.It is a safe treatment method.Combined treatment can help to improve renal function,and has a significant role in promoting the improvement of disease treatment effect,which has relatively high clinical promotion and application value.
