中医护理在小儿上呼吸道感染中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的分析中医护理在小儿上呼吸道感染中的临床效果。方法选择医院于2018年1月—2020年1月内收治的200例小儿上呼吸道感染为研究对象,将所有患儿按照护理方法的不同,分为对照组(100例,使用一般护理方法)和观察组(100例,使用中医护理方法)。对两组患者在护理完成后的效果进行收集和分析。结果两组患儿分别采用一般护理和中医护理后,均有一定效果,观察组采用中医护理方法满意(64%),一般满意(29%),不满意满(17%)意度为(93%),对照组采用一般护理方法护理满意(45%),一般满意(23%),不满意满(32%)满意度为(68%),观察组采用中医护理后护理满意情况明显优于对照组采用一般护理后护理满意情况。观察组采用中医护理方法后退热时间(41.89±5.77) h,住院时间(17.56±5.12) d对照组采用一般护理方法后退热时间(69.89±8.64) h,住院时间(13.45±3.78) d,观察组采用中医护理后患儿退热时间明显快于对照组采用一般护理后退热时间,观察组采用中医护理后住院时间明显短于对照组采用一般护理后住院时间,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用中医护理能够缓解上呼吸道感染患儿退热情况,从而减少住院时间,有助于早日恢复病情,达到较高的护理满意程度,具有较好临床效果,所以中医护理方法值得推广使用。Objective to analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in children with upper respiratory tract infection.Methods 200 children with upper respiratory tract infection in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group(100 cases,using general nursing method) and observation group(100 cases,using traditional Chinese medicine nursing method) according to different nursing methods.The effect of two groups of patients after the completion of nursing were collected and analyzed.Results the general nursing method was used in the observation group(23%) and the control group(23%) were not satisfied with the general nursing method(23%) The nursing satisfaction was significantly better than that of the control group after general nursing.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and the time of fever was(41.89 ± 5.77) h and(17.56 ± 5.12) d.The control group was given the general nursing method,and the time of fever was(69.89 ± 8.64) h and(13.45 ± 3.78) d The hospitalization time after treatment was significantly shorter than that of the control group after general nursing.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing can speed up the fever of children with upper respiratory tract infection,thus reducing the hospitalization time,helping to recover the disease as soon as possible,achieving a higher degree of nursing satisfaction,with good clinical effect,so the traditional Chinese medicine nursing method is worth promoting.
