中医药治疗萎缩型老年黄斑变性研究进展

摘　　要：老年黄斑变性好发于50岁以上的老年人群,与年龄、基因、生活环境等多因素有关,是现阶段全球眼病致盲的主要原因。老年黄斑变性又可称为年龄相关性黄斑变性(age—related macular degeneration,AMD)属于多因素疾病,根据临床病理特征,分为萎缩型和渗出型。由于老年黄斑变性发展过程是不可逆的,如果可提早治疗可能对疾病的整体防控有重要意义。中医作为传统医学,具有独特的辨证思想与理论体系,中医认为老年黄斑变性的发生多与肝、脾、肾有关。而许多中医学者通过累积的临床经验结合古代医学研究,对治疗萎缩型老年黄斑变性产生了其独到的见解。就萎缩型老年黄斑变性的发病机制及近年来中医对其治疗方法展开综述。Age-related macular degeneration tends to occur in the elderly over the age of 50.It is related to many factors such as age,genes,and living environment.It is the main cause of blindness caused by eye diseases in the world at this stage.Age-related macular degeneration(age-related macular degeneration,AMD) is a multifactorial disease,which is divided into atrophic and exudative types according to clinicopathological characteristics.Since the development process of age-related macular degeneration is irreversible,early treatment may be of great significance to the overall prevention and control of the disease.As a traditional medicine,TCM has a unique dialectical thinking and theoretical system.TCM believes that the occurrence of age-related macular degeneration is mostly related to the liver,spleen and kidney.Many Chinese medicine practitioners have developed their unique insights on the treatment of atrophic age-related macular degeneration through accumulated clinical experience and ancient medical research.This article reviews the pathogenesis of atrophic age-related macular degeneration and its treatment methods in Chinese medicine in recent years.
