平肝潜阳法治疗高血压病研究进展

摘　　要：高血压病是临证时最为常见的慢性基础病,严重者可引发心脏疾患、脑部疾病、肾性疾病等危害性并发症。中医中药治疗高血压有其优势,具有缓解症状、稳定血压水平、提高病患生活质量以及减少并发症发生等特点,已然成为治疗高血压病的关注点。肝阳上亢是高血压病的常见证型,因此平肝潜阳法已于临床广泛应用治疗高血压病。文章从与内分泌的关系包括肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、心血管内分泌因子、胰岛素抵抗、血浆儿茶酚胺、性激素水平;与血管内皮的关系包括炎症因子与氧化应激;与神经源性机制的关系;与离子通道的关系和与蛋白质表达的关系做一综述,以期为平肝潜阳法治疗肝阳上亢证高血压病予以客观依据。Hypertension is the most common chronic underlying disease during clinical trials.In severe cases,it can cause harmful complications such as heart disease,brain disease,and kidney disease.Traditional Chinese medicine has its advantages in the treatment of hypertension.It has the characteristics of relieving symptoms,stabilizing blood pressure,improving the quality of life of patients,and reducing complications.It has become a focus of treatment of hypertension.Hyperactivity of liver yang is a common syndrome of hypertension,so the method of calming liver and suppressing yang has been widely used in clinical treatment of hypertension.The article’s relationship with endocrine includes the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,cardiovascular endocrine factors,insulin resistance,plasma catecholamines,and sex hormone levels;the relationship with vascular endothelium includes inflammatory factors and oxidative stress;and neurogenic mechanisms The relationship;the relationship with ion channels and the relationship with protein expression are reviewed,in order to provide an objective basis for the treatment of hypertension of liver-yang by the method of calming the liver and suppressing yang.
