摘　　要：骨关节炎作为第四大致残疾病,年龄是致病的最主要的危险因素。中药在治疗骨关节炎中疗效显著,但其作用机制尚不明确。随着年龄的增加,人体肠道菌群也逐渐发生变化。医学研究表明肠道菌群在包括骨关节炎在内的许多疾病的发病机制中起作用。中药可影响肠道菌群的平衡。讨论肠道菌群对骨关节炎的影响,并初步阐述了通过中药调节肠道菌群在防治骨关节炎发病及治疗中的意义,目的在于为临床上防治骨关节炎提供新的方式与思路。Osteoarthritis is the fourth major disability,and age is the most important risk factor for its disease.Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating osteoarthritis,but its mechanism of action is not yet clear.With the increase of age,the human intestinal flora also gradually changes.Medical research has shown that intestinal flora plays a role in the pathogenesis of many diseases including osteoarthritis.Chinese medicine can affect the balance of intestinal flora.This article discusses the effect of intestinal flora on osteoarthritis,and initially explains the significance of regulating the intestinal flora by Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis.The purpose is to provide new ways and ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis.
