摘　　要：近些年冠心病患者的数量不断增加,并逐渐呈现出年轻化趋势,而心绞痛作为冠心病最常见的临床类型,不仅影响患者的生活质量,病死率高。近年来中医药治疗冠心病的疗效得到众多医家认可。为探讨冠心病心绞痛的中医药治疗研究进展,主要列举古代医学典籍和现代国医大师对冠心病心绞痛病因病机的阐述,并整理出不同时期的辨证分型,将中医药治疗冠心病心绞痛归纳为内治法与外治法两大类,能改善临床症状,提高临床疗效。In recent years,the number of patients with coronary heart disease has been increasing and gradually showing a trend of younger age.As the most common clinical type of coronary heart disease,angina pectoris not only affects the quality of life of patients,but also has a high fatality rate.In recent years,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicinetreating coronary heart disease has been recognized by many doctors.In order to explore the research progress of TCM treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,we mainly listed ancient medical classics and modern traditional Chinese medicine masters on the etiology and pathogenesis of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,sorted out the syndrome differentiation types of different periods,and summarized the internaland external treatments of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,which can improve clinical symptoms andefficacy.
