犀角地黄汤联合小剂量皮质激素治疗热毒炽盛型系统性红斑狼疮临床疗效

摘　　要：目的针对热毒炽盛型系统性红斑狼疮患者给予犀角地黄汤联合小剂量皮质激素,探究该方法的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2019年1月来医院接受治疗的热毒炽盛型系统性红斑狼疮患者,共90例分为两组,每组45例。对照组仅给予醋酸泼尼松片,实验组则在此基础上增加服用犀角地黄汤;观察两组经不同方式治疗后病情好转情况,所有患者均进行血清指标检查,同时对精神状况进行评分,随后将免疫球蛋白(Ig G)、抗双链DNA(ds DNA)抗体、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、治疗效果、精神状况、相关症状好转及住院时间进行对比分析。结果实验组ESR高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组抗-ds DNA、Ig G均低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组治疗效果、精神状况评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),而相关症状好转与住院时间则为实验组短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论犀角地黄汤与小剂量皮质激素(醋酸泼尼松片)结合使用,能有效控制病情进展,并且能加快相关症状恢复速度,缓解精神紧张情绪,在治疗过程中起着积极作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective For patients with systemic lupus erythematosus with flammable heat and toxins,Xijiao Dihuang Decoction(犀角地黄汤) combined with small doses of corticosteroids were administered to explore the clinical efficacy of this method.Method A total of 90 patients with flammable systemic lupus erythematosus who came to the hospital for treatment from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected.The patients participating in the experiment were divided into two groups,each with 45 cases.The control group was only given Prednisone Acetate Tabletand the experimental group was added Xijiao Dihuang Decoction on this basis.The improvement of the two groups after different treatments was observed.All patients were checked for serum indicators and the mental status of the patients was scored.And then we compared and analyzed immunoglobulin(Ig G),anti-double-stranded DNA(ds DNA) antibodies,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),treatment effect,mental status,improvement of related symptoms and hospital stay.Results The ESR of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The anti-ds DNA and Ig G of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment effect and mental status scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).While the improvement of related symptoms and hospital stay were shorter in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xijiao Dihuang decoction and low-dose corticosteroids(Prednisone Acetate Tablet) can effectively control the progress of the disease,speed up the recovery of related symptoms,relieve mental tensionand play a positive role in the treatment process and is worthy of clinical application.
